Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of this website and any order placed on it.
1. Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Shobha Chappal Mart, an online retailer. Business & order fulfilment address: Court naka, opp. Collector office, near Dighe House, Tembhi Naka, Thane, Maharashtra 400601, India. Contact: [email protected] · +91 98920 72067 · Customer service hours: Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM IST (closed Wednesday)
2. Using the site
You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Please give accurate delivery details. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
3. Products and descriptions
Sizes follow the supplier’s size chart for each style, and Indian sizing varies between makers. Where a pair runs narrow or wide we say so on the page. Upper and sole materials are listed exactly as the supplier states them. Photographs show the item sold, though colour can shift between screens. We can help you compare an item with the specifications listed; we do not guarantee that a particular item will suit a particular purpose.
4. Prices and GST
Tax position: not registered for GST, turnover below the applicable GST registration threshold. What that means on an order — GST is not charged separately, and no GST tax invoice with a registration number is issued; the document with your parcel is an order invoice. The listed price is the amount payable for the item, with delivery charges shown before checkout.
5. When a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable after that, we tell you and refund in full.
6. Warranty
We do not add a separate warranty of our own. Where a manufacturer’s warranty is stated on a product page, it applies on that manufacturer’s terms. Nothing here limits your rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law. Where the law permits a limit, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, the courts at Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
