Payment Policy
Two ways to pay, both Indian, and no card details anywhere on this site.
1. Accepted methods
| UPI | Scan the QR or approve the collect request in your own UPI app. The order is placed once the payment is verified. |

| Cash on Delivery | Available for eligible orders and PIN codes with no additional fee. Pay the delivery agent when the parcel arrives. |
2. What we do not accept
We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or international payment services. There is no card form on this website, no card is stored, and no card network is involved in your order.
3. Pricing and GST
We are not registered for GST at Shobha Chappal Mart. Because turnover is below the applicable GST registration threshold, GST is not charged separately on any order and no GST tax invoice carrying a registration number is issued. The price you see against a pair is the amount payable for it; delivery charges, where they apply, appear before checkout.
4. Failed or duplicate payments
A UPI debit that does not produce an order confirmation is either reversed by your bank or returned by us within 5 business days once the reference is traced. Send the UPI reference number, the amount and the time to [email protected].
5. Currency
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). We sell within India only, so no currency conversion takes place.
