What to check the day your footwear arrives
Footwear is the category where returns most often fail, and almost always for the same reason: the pair was worn outside before anyone checked the fit.
The five-minute check
- Check both shoes — sizing can differ slightly between the left and right of the same pair.
- Try them on a clean indoor floor, never outdoors.
- Stand and walk a few steps; check the heel, the widest part of the foot and the toe.
- Compare the pair with the product page — colour, strap type, sole.
- Keep the box and packaging until you are sure.
If it is not right
Repack the pair with its packaging and contact us with the order details. An unused pair in original packaging can be returned within the window on our Return & Refund Policy page.
If it arrived damaged
Photograph the pair and the outer packing before repacking, and tell us within the damaged-item window on the same page. We review each case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
What we cannot take back
A pair worn outdoors, a sole with road marks, or a pair returned without its box. That is not a technicality — a used pair cannot go back on the shelf.
